The TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) guideline requires AAC to state the below disclosures:

• Must be a Member of AAC and 18 years of age or older.
• By clicking the Opt-In button below, you are giving us consent before we will send any messages.
• Any subscriber can easily opt-out from the text messaging list using the Opt-Out link.
• Text and standard message & data rates may apply.
• Text messages will be from AAC only and sent using MailChimp.
• Subscribers could receive an estimated 5 text messages each month. Examples of text messages include but are not limited to: hours of operation, volunteer information, sign-up sheet reminders for Social events, Holiday reminders, and guest/no guest policy reminders.
